How much notice do you require?
Please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. My concern
is the welfare of your pets, and I will not take on more pets than can properly be cared for. If you need your pets
cared for at short notice please call me and I will do all I can to help.

What is the cost of your service and what
are your terms?
Each visit is customised for the individual client. As all clients
needs are very different I do not display prices. Please contact me to discuss your requirements and I will be
happy to provide a quote which will be confirmed at the consultation.
All regular bookings are paid for weekly in advance, other
bookings are paid for at the time of service.
In any event all payment due is payable within 7 days of request.

How long are your visits/walks?
This usually depends on the number of animals. Generally cats and
small animals are 20 minutes. Dog home checks are 30 minutes. Regular dog walks are walked in 1 hour
slots, this includes transportation from your home to the walk. All dogs must have basic training/recall and be socialable
with other dogs/people.

What happens if there is an emergency?
A First Aid kit is carried in the Critter van at all times
and a mobile phone with contact numbers for local vets. I have attended a basic first aid course for cats and dogs and
will take your pet to a vet immediately if required. I will try and make contact with yourself or any emergency numbers
you have given me if requested.

How do you store clients keys?
All keys are stored in a locked key safe when not in use.
They are not labeled with your name or address so they can not be traced back to you. While I am out your keys are securely
attached to me at all times so it is impossible to lock myself out.
